Consultancy services for the short-term energy solutions including conduction of market surveys and development of tender documents

This project was in continuation of the energy needs assessment survey, funded by UNHCR, and involved implementation of the short-term energy solutions recommended in the energy needs assessment survey carried out by CEMS. The project was divided into multiple sub-project:

  • Market surveys of potential vendors
  • Designing efficient appliances and standalone systems
  • Workplans for vocational training and energy-environment awareness sessions
  • Development of RFPs and tender documents (electrical systems, solar energy systems and energy efficient appliances)
  • Supporting UNHCR supply team in Vendors’ and samples technical assessment and evaluation
  • Training of Trainers for partners
  • Monitoring of the project
