Frame Agreement
Frame Agreement - Provision of Solar System Design and Consultancy Services for UNHCR Offices in Pakistan
CEMS has recently (January 2023) been awarded frame agreement by the UNHCR Pakistan for providing consultancy services for solarisation of hundreds of facilities. The agreement is expected to cover facilities with overall rating more than 10,000 KW worth more than 10 million US Dollars. The scope covers facilities visit, energy audits and assessments, baseline design work, recommendations/ design work, bidding documents preparation, monitoring and supervision.
